Liz Braatz

Liz Braatz is the Director of Development for Hometown Heroes, Inc. and Karmarcik Enterprises. In her role, Liz leads all development and procurement of funding for all nonprofit endeavors through corporate, foundation and individual donor cultivation and solicitation. Liz also served as a the spearhead for expansion of Camp Reunite’s basic needs program – providing clothing, hygiene, footwear and school supplies to each camper who attends the program. Prior to current role, Liz served as the Director of Major Gifts at Discovery World Science & Technology Center, and led all fundraising initiatives and their annual Gala. In her development career, Liz and her fundraising teams have raised over $30 million, most noteworthy, the Discovery World Pavilion expansion project.
Jason Braun
Facilities Director, Camp

Jason Braun is the Director of Facilities and oversees the physical assets, manages daily operations, maintains security, ensures all safety compliance and is responsible for facility budget planning. Jason also coordinates with outside vendors, implements accident and prevention programs and handles renovations to ensure functional, safe and efficient environments for all users of the camp facility.
Jason possesses an ABC Carpentry Apprenticeship (four-year course: Journeyman Card), several FEMA certifications for incident command functions, is a certified pool operator and is CPR and First Aid Certified.
Tiffany Coris
Director of Partnership and Strategic Initiatives, Kids2Kids Toy Drive

Tiffany Coris leads various partnerships for Kacmarcik Enterprises (including Kapco’s Kids2Kids Toy Drive), with an emphasis on strategizing new opportunities for business development, events and community enhancement at Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance. Tiffany brings over 19 years of sponsorship, marketing and event experience from her long tenure with Pabst Theater Group, as well as media background with Milwaukee Business Journal and Milwaukee Radio Group. She also recently completed Forward 48 and participates in various local organizations, including Tempo Milwaukee. In addition to her love for Milwaukee, Tiffany thrives on
connecting people and businesses, creating meaningful relationships is the forefront of her work.
Tiffany and her husband both have a passion for live music and entertainment, they are avid DIY-ers and enjoy spending time in the yard, disc golfing and spoiling their four nieces.
Kenzie Gonzalez

Mackenzie Gonzalez, MPH, currently serves as the Executive Director of Hometown Heroes, Inc, a 501c3 non-profit organization that serves youth through trauma-informed residential summer camp programs. Mackenzie joined Hometown Heroes in 2017 to lead research and program evaluation. In 2018, Mackenzie co-founded Camp Reunite, a summer camp for youth who are navigating life with an incarcerated parent. Mackenzie maintains a current certification as a trauma-informed care trainer, through Wellpoint Care Network, formerly SaintA’s. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters of Public Health degree from the George Washington University in Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
With an academic background, work experience and passion in program design and evaluation, Mackenzie has worked as a domestic violence crisis line advocate, peer educator and in various research assistant positions. At Hometown Heroes, she is driven to build an evidence based curriculum for the Camp Reunite program, evaluate the impact of Camp Hometown Heroes and Camp Reunite, as well as work towards replicating Camp Reunite in other communities.
Tommy Losch

Tommy Losch holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Recreation Management. Director of daily operations of summer camp, outdoor education and group services. Hired, trained and supervise 20 camp counselors, 2 Kitchen Assistants and 1 Maintenance help. Designed programs for trauma informed care camps, and traditional summer camp. Maintained facilities 8 cabins and 2 program facilities.
Y-Base-Site Supervisor for two years: Worked under the Y-Base Director, facilitated programs for youth in a before and after school setting. Programs include: arts and crafts, group games, team building, STEM and theater. In the summer time, I have taken an assistant director role, when the Camp Director was absent. Lead instructor for archery, active games and large group game activities.
Camp Coordinator/Outdoor Education Instructor for two years: Worked under the Senior Program Director. Learned skills in Human Resources, Budgeting, Programming, Maintenance and Marketing. Supervised four program areas: Leaders In Training Program, Counselor In Training Program, Behavior Specialist and Overnight Camp Specialist. Occasionally would facilitate evening programs, camper behavioral issues, and camp counselor disciplinary actions. Scheduled staff training, assigned counselors to cabins, and assigned campers to cabins. In the outdoor education season, I facilitated many outdoor activities including team building, high ropes course, night hikes, animal adaptations and aquatic habitats. I worked with a community partner (Camp Hope) and programmed, organized and coordinated staffing of their week at Camp.
Program Coordinator, Camp Jorn YMCA – Manitowish, WI for three years: Worked under program directors, supervising and or facilitating the daily programs of Day Camp and Resident Camp. Handled disciplinary issues. Planned evening camp wide games. Trained the counselors, and was the supervisor of nine counselors.
Deb Paschke

Deb’s background as a veteran of television/radio news and production serves her well as Director of Outreach, giving her the distinct ability to communicate the vision and mission. She has been with Camp Hometown Heroes since its inception in 2013. Deb served as an Executive Producer of the documentary about camp “Healing Hearts”, which was highlighted at the National G.I. Film Festival in Washington, D.C.
As Director of Outreach, Deb travels throughout the country to touch base and bring together campers and their families outside of camp weeks. This promotes and continues bonding and lets them know they are always thought of and remembered. Deb’s dedication to Camp Hometown Heroes’ purpose has helped bring attention to the mission, ensuring financial support from entities such as the Yontz Valor Foundation, Gary Sinise Foundation, Delta Airlines, Medix Corporation, Team One Mile, Thomas and Ellen Hogue Family Foundation, Complete Filtration, American Legions, and multiple veteran organizations.

Tracey has a diverse background which includes brand management in marketing, corporate and special event planning, collegiate student advisor and athletic coach. Currently the corporate Events and Hospitality Manager for Kacmarcik Enterprises, she is also a Clifton Strengths certified coach and is looking forward to inspiring people to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Tracey has a BA from University of Wisconsin Parkside and MS from Concordia University. She is a mother to boy/girl twins, step-mom of two girls and a pet mom to 2 cats and 2 dogs. A collegiate athlete in cross country and track, she continues to run and has a passion for physical and mental wellness.

Board President
Jim Kacmarcik is Chairman and CEO of Kacmarcik Enterprises, a diversified holding company based in Grafton, Wisconsin, employing more than 600 people across industrial, consumer, human performance, and social impact ventures.
A second-generation owner of Kapco Metal Stamping, founded by his parents more than 50 years ago, Jim has grown the company into one of the nation’s largest contract manufacturers, supplying critical components to Fortune 500 OEMs in heavy equipment, agriculture, powersports, defense, lighting, and home goods sectors.
An entrepreneur at heart – beyond manufacturing – Jim has expanded into sports, automotive, and retail. He is a minority owner of the Milwaukee Bucks and owner of Forward Madison FC, and holds the rights to Milwaukee Pro Soccer’s USL Championship franchise as part of the Iron District Milwaukee development. Through Forward Madison, he built an internationally recognized merchandise model and has also secured North American distribution rights for Hummel.
Within the automotive space, SpeedKore is an award-winning carbon fiber performance vehicle manufacturer creating custom vehicles for high-profile clients and collectors.
Jim is equally committed to philanthropy, founding initiatives such as Camp Hometown Heroes, Camp Reunite, the annual Kids2Kids Toy Drive, and the Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance, while personally supporting numerous charitable causes.
He has been recognized as BizTimes CEO of the Year and Corporate Citizen of the Year, and by the Milwaukee Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree and Hall of Fame inductee. Jim has been recognized as a Titan 100 in two consecutive years, and under his leadership, Kapco has earned Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year spotlight awards for commitment to workforce and community involvement.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys time with his children and grandchildren, traveling, and attending sporting events and concerts.
Zach Eisendrath
Zach Eisendrath serves as Vice President of Stakeholder Development for Kacmarcik Enterprises, a portfolio of companies in the sports, entertainment and philanthropic sectors. A Milwaukee Business Journal 2024 40 Under 40 award winner, Eisendrath joined Kacmarcik Enterprises after over a decade working in the sports industry at the professional and collegiate levels, respectively. Most recently, he served as Director of Internal Communications and Operations for the University of Michigan Football program under head coach Jim Harbaugh. He also has worked in public relations roles for the NFL’s Denver Broncos, the NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves and the NCAA’s Mountain West Conference.
A native of Milwaukee, WI, Eisendrath has vast experience working with high-profile celebrities on philanthropic and community endeavors. He has organized initiatives with dozens of national celebrities, including seven-time Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady, two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, MLB Hall of Famer Derek Jeter, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love and MLB Manager of the Year Pat Murphy.
Eisendrath believes that serving others is a life well lived and is honored and humbled to help contribute to the meaningful and impactful work of Camp Hometown Heroes, Camp Reunite and Power of Humans. From the first day spent at Camp Hometown Heroes, Eisendrath could instantly see the profound impact, bonding and healing that the program had on the children at camp, as well as the great counselors and staff that pour their hearts into the mission. As the vison of the non-profit expands to help and heal even more people in need, Eisendrath is excited to be a small part of such a fulfilling mission.

Rachel Minor
Rachel Minor is a devoted wife, mother, nurse, and community advocate who believes deeply in caring for others—both professionally and personally. She and her husband of 22 years, Rich Minor, have built a strong and faith-filled family alongside their three teenage daughters, Annika, Ashley, and Aryanna. Together, they share a commitment to helping others in any way they can and consider themselves truly blessed to serve their community.
Rachel has been a Registered Nurse with Advocate Aurora Health for the past 13 years, proudly serving patients throughout the Milwaukee area. She spent nine years as a medical/surgical nurse at St. Luke’s South Shore, where she also served as the primary preceptor for more than 36 new nurses, helping guide and mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals. She now works in Interventional Radiology at the Grafton location, continuing her dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Service to others extends far beyond Rachel’s professional life. Since 2012, Rachel and her family have been a licensed foster family in Ozaukee County, opening their home and hearts to children in need. Through fostering, they have provided stability, love, and guidance to many children during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
The Minor family is especially passionate about supporting charitable organizations dedicated to helping children thrive. They actively support several local nonprofits and community initiatives throughout southeastern Wisconsin that focus on the well-being, safety, and support of children. Through her work, her family, and her community service, Rachel strives to make a meaningful difference—living out her belief that compassion, generosity, and service can change lives.
Thomas Multerer
Thomas Multerer is a seasoned investment advisory expert with a focus on financial planning for business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. His specialties include institutional nonqualified deferred compensation, qualified plan design, and estate maximization strategies.
Beginning his career in 1987 as a Registered Representative and District Manager, Tom founded TJM Integrated Wealth Management in 2005, later partnering with Corporate and Endowment Solutions in 2010. Following CES’s acquisition in 2020, he merged TJM with Panorama Institutional Services to continue delivering institutional strategies. He recently had an opportunity to scale to an even more expansive platform and merged his firm into the Private Client Group LLC, crafting tailored financial solutions.
A Marquette University graduate with a BA in Business Administration, Tom has earned multiple industry awards and served on advisory boards for organizations such as Major League Baseball Players Alumni and The Athlete Lab.
Married to Cathy Multerer, a CPA, for 35 years, they have three daughters and live by the mantra “Do It Anyway.” Tom enjoys golf, social games, and sports, reflecting a life dedicated to both professional excellence and community impact. As a family, they support Make-A-Wish generously. Tom has been on the board of Hometown Heroes, Inc. since its inception.
Sue Turowski
Sue Turowski has been deeply committed to community service through her long-standing
involvement with the American Legion Auxiliary in Grafton, Wisconsin where she has
held numerous leadership positions including President. She has also been elected to
State level positions. Through this work, she has had the meaningful opportunity to meet and work with military Gold Star Families, an experience she values greatly, and which has made a strong impact on her. Sue has also served for several years as an
active board member of the Hometown Heroes Board. This board service, plus many
years serving as a counselor at Camp Hometown Heroes, continues her long dedication to supporting veterans, their families, and the local community.
Sue is a partner at Turowski HealthCare Products, LLC, bringing 43 years of experience
in medical sales to the healthcare community. She specializes in medical, chiropractic, and physical therapy equipment and supplies and is widely recognized for her expertise in office setup. Sue has dedicated herself to this mission because it is deeply personal for her as she lost her brother, a United States Marine, in 1994. She has often said “I wish there were a program like this for my nephews in 1994. We really make a positive impact for the children of our fallen.

Neil Willenson

Neil Willenson is a corporate and non-profit executive who has founded and co-founded a number of national charitable programs for children facing trauma including Camp Heartland for children with HIV/AIDS, Camp Hometown Heroes for children of fallen U.S. service members, and most recently, Camp Reunite.
